HOW DO ESTIMATES WORK?

When you contact Modern Electric for a free estimate, you will first describe what type of project you are wanting to tackle. During that initial call, a time will be scheduled for a job site visit. At the job site visit the project will be discussed and within a week Modern Electric will have a estimate for the project.

CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OUTSIDE OF YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Yes, at Modern Electric we are very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. So dont worry if you work during our business hours.

WHEN CAN YOU GET TO MY PROJECT?

If you have an emergency we will do our best to get to you right away, so we can asses and mend the situation. With smaller projects we can typically fit you in with in 1-2 weeks. Bigger projects will be scheduled for a time that appropriately works for both parties.

WILL YOU HAVE TO SHUT MY POWER OFF WHILE YOU ARE WORKING?

More often than not we do not need to turn the power off to your entire house. Depending on what the project is we will sometimes need to shut off certain circuits. We will however inform you anytime that circuit breakers will be turned off.
